ZinBlock® is a specialised feed premix developed to support the stable and efficient rearing of piglets during the first weeks of life.
ZinBlock®
ZinBlock®
A specialised source of zinc
ZinBlock® contains a minimum of 35% zinc (350,000 mg/kg). Its formulation does not react with hydrochloric acid in the stomach and is designed for use in feeds for young piglets.
- Helps reduce post-weaning diarrhoea and supports the condition of intestinal villi
- Supports efficient feed utilisation and a normal growth rate
- May help reduce piglet mortality and culling
Application in Animal Nutrition
PIGLETS
The recommended inclusion rate is 400 mg of ZinBlock® per kilogram of feed, equivalent to 400 g per tonne. This amount provides 140 mg of zinc per kilogram of feed.
The product is intended for professional use in feed production. Do not feed directly. The final inclusion rate should be determined according to the formulation and applicable requirements governing the total zinc content of the compound feed.
The product is intended for piglets up to 45 days of age, particularly during the post-weaning period, when the digestive system is not yet fully developed, digestive enzyme secretion remains limited and active immunity is still developing.
